How does it work? Well, if an agent scores poorly on a call, the contact center can trigger an AI simulation to recreate that interaction.
The interaction will feature the same customer persona and problem in a safe, repeatable environment.
As such, the agent can get the negative contact out of their system and feels more comfortable next time a similar issue arises.
9. Track the Impact of Coaching Interventions
While few contact centers run simulations, all run coaching sessions. These are often informed, both at an individual and team level, by QA data.
