Sprinklr has announced Sprinklr Marketing AI Agents in beta.
The offering includes a connected system of six specialized agents that form a new “orchestration layer” for running marketing campaigns.
Traditionally, moving from concept to launch for such campaigns can take several weeks as work passes through a fragmented marketing environment.
Sprinklr Marketing AI Agents aim to accelerate this process and help teams launch timely, high-impact campaigns that capture attention and generate excitement.
The Backdrop
Marketing teams have long run always-on campaigns. Still, these remain critical because they establish a consistent message for a brand and its products.
However, brands are now allocating more budget toward campaigns focused on specific moments, experiences, and events, alongside their always-on messaging.
They recognize the significance of identifying key cultural moments and quickly capitalizing on them or scaling back when appropriate.
The difficulty? Brands struggle to participate in the experiences and moments they want to be part of.
“It was taking customers, on average, between six and eight weeks to go from a conceptual idea to getting a campaign live. If the intent is to focus on experiences or moments happening in the market, that creates a real challenge. On social, we found that an average trend lasts around five days.”
According to Chadda, there are two significant operational blockers:
- Lack of Team Alignment: Marketing departments are still structured around different functions responsible for managing campaigns from end to end. Even when everyone works towards the same goal, information often has to pass between teams through offline discussions and manual processes.
- Lack of Time: Marketing teams struggle to find the time to think strategically and design campaigns. Too much of their time goes towards operational work, while many are expected to do more with fewer resources.
Given these market changes, Sprinklr has built a context layer to unify data across paid, owned, influencer, social listening, and customer care channels, reducing the need for manual taxonomy and configuration.
With initiatives such as its CreatorIQ partnership, LLM Insights, and ViralMoment acquisition, Sprinklr has also added significant new data to that context layer.
Now, it’s establishing a portfolio of marketing agents over that context layer, each interconnected and designed around a stage of the marketing lifecycle.
Critically, Sprinklr believes this will enable marketing teams to streamline cross-functional workflows and deliver high-performing campaigns faster.
Sprinklr’s New Marketing AI Agents
Sprinklr’s six beta-stage AI agents can operate independently or connect to form what the vendor calls its “orchestration layer” for marketing.
As marketing teams restructure to respond faster to the moments that matter, Sprinklr expects significant demand for an integrated approach that connects all six agents.
1. Sprinklr Ideation Agent
The Ideation Agent connects data sources, shares proactive recommendations, and answers questions to help customers develop their campaign ideas.
For instance, a customer may upload a campaign brief and outline the outcomes that matter most to them. The agent will then suggest a social media strategy based on those inputs.
In doing so, the Ideation Agent might recommend distributing the campaign across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, with a tailored approach for each platform.
It could also suggest presenting the campaign as a storyboard, posting on YouTube every two days and publishing on Instagram every five days.
These recommendations help brands build a content calendar and storyboard in one process.
2. Sprinklr Creative Agent
The Creative Agent supports two main use cases: generating content with AI and creating variations or adaptations of existing content.
The agent follows templates and ingests brand and campaign context to create tailored content, adapt it for different markets, and run A/B tests to identify the best-performing versions.
Meanwhile, the agent offers creative recommendations tailored to each channel’s nuances.
Finally, it identifies influential sources and conversations that align with the content’s messaging, such as relevant Reddit communities and credible industry-focused publications. This helps with content distribution and bolsters AI Engine Optimization (AEO).
3. Sprinklr Campaign Execution Agent
The Campaign Execution Agent converts campaign briefs into executable campaigns and media plans across multiple channels.
As it does so, it automates tasks like audience targeting, budget threshold configuration, creative asset preparation, and campaign setup.
By reducing manual campaign trafficking, which can otherwise take weeks across multiple platforms, the agent aims to streamline campaign execution and improve productivity for marketers and agencies.
Ultimately, this frees teams to focus more on strategic planning and creative development.
4. Sprinklr Compliance Agent
The Compliance Agent validates content against brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and channel best practices, while incorporating external signals to flag potential reputational risks before publication.
Additionally, it supports global brand consistency by checking visual assets, such as logos and fonts, and identifying conflicting messaging across regional teams.
The goal of this agent is to help large organizations maintain brand compliance, coordinate content, and strengthen global governance at scale.
5. Sprinklr Community Agent
The Community Agent analyzes social interactions across forums, comments, and platforms such as Reddit, categorizing them by sentiment, intent, and topic.
As it does so, the agent helps automate community management by generating and, where permitted, delivering responses while accounting for each channel’s tone and community norms.
By supporting authentic engagement beyond traditional ticket-based customer service, the agent helps brands manage online communities and reduce the workload of community management teams.
6. Sprinklr Budget Optimization Agent
The Budget Optimization Agent helps customers determine how to allocate budgets and sequence campaigns for maximum impact.
Focused on paid advertising, it analyzes historical performance and other relevant signals to recommend budget allocation and campaign strategies.
Additionally, it monitors campaign performance in real time, identifying opportunities to adjust ongoing campaigns and maximize results.
What Differentiates Sprinklr’s Approach?
While many companies offer similar AI agents for marketing teams, Sprinklr differentiates its approach in four key ways, the first three of which are bullet-pointed below.
- References: Each agent explains its reasoning and gives citations to support its responses.
- Customizable Agents: Pre-configured agents can be tailored to specific brand requirements, campaign objectives, and KPIs, with support for customers’ own models and LLMs.
- Guided AI Adoption: The six agents stem from real customer deployments, with Sprinklr releasing each where it believes AI can deliver the most value for marketing teams.
However, the fourth differentiator is the big one: data breadth.
“Because we have historical audience data, sentiment and demographic data, as well as previous campaign data, we can go beyond simply creating campaigns. We can recommend how customers should allocate their budgets across channels, based on previous performance and what’s happening in the market today.”
Ultimately, this enables AI agents to operate across departments and deliver value in distinct ways.
That value is evident in Sprinklr’s six preconfigured agents, alongside the custom agents customers are building on the Sprinklr AI Agent Platform.
For example, one streaming service built an agent that combines social listening with editorial planning to flag potential issues before publication. The agent alerted the company to a controversy involving a lead actor the day before scheduled content was due to go live, recommending adjustments to avoid clashing with the wider conversation.
There are many more examples like this, where customers are seeing value, which is informing Sprinklr’s approach to pre-configured agents, and what comes next.
What Comes Next?
In its press release, Sprinklr repeatedly framed the announcement as part of an ongoing evolution and shift toward an “agentic customer experience.”
“[The] broader evolution of Sprinklr [involves] bringing together data, intelligence, workflows, and AI agents so enterprises can move from understanding the customer to taking the right action faster.”
In line with this vision, Sprinklr introduced Agent Architects as part of its Q3 Product Release. The solution provides a next-generation environment for designing, testing, deploying, and managing enterprise AI and voice agents.
At the same time, Sprinklr is expanding the context layer across its platform to improve agent performance, introducing new customer intelligence capabilities that enable richer video and audio feedback, advanced AI reasoning, and visibility into AI-generated discovery experiences.
As this intelligence extends across Sprinklr’s marketing, customer care, and Voice of the Customer (VoC) offerings, it could unlock an even broader range of use cases.
Finally, the vendor announced support for ChatGPT Advertising, giving marketing teams and their agents a new place to act.
